Welcome :)

Welcome to The Path,


I am a firm believer that progress is one of many aspects that contribute to happiness.

This blog started out just to record my gym workouts and progress. I then came to realize that instead of only writing about this one area of my life, I should also document changes in habits and lifestyle as well as tools that helped in the transition to a better me.
In a nutshell, this blog serves to share life experiences from my perspective with hopes that this blog will someday have an impact.
